The town of Kalibo is in need of help, last June 21, 2008 the town of Kalibo was hit by typhoon Frank. The people there experience the water flood above 5 to 6 feet, and after the water it change to mud flood till 5 feet tall. The people there was not expecting the flood to be that high so they are not prepared for it. Mostly people live near the Aklan River was really hurt that area was called Laserna St., most of the houses there was broken because of the water flood and mostly the mud flood. And also the Barangay Mobo and Barangay Bakhaw experience the same way.

The residents there lost there source of income, houses, pets, and there love ones. A lot of people died in that tragedy mostly are kids and adult persons. The people died was drowned in the water flood on the Saturday and after that day people are buried in the thick mud that surrounded the whole Kalibo Town. When the MMDA and the other volunteer organization cleaned the street they found a lot of dead bodies near the Kalibo Plaza, children and adult people was there lying in the different corners of the Kalibo town. The electric outpost was all down by the wind and more vehicles was stock in the middle of the streets. The town of Kalibo lost there electricity, water, landline phones, and even the signals of there cell phones was all down. They don’t have the means of communication everything was all down.

The town of Kalibo now is look like this everyone is using a mask because of the dust in the whole town, picture taken last July 7, 2008 of the Boracay Stations Inc. team members.

The team of Boracay Stations Inc., in cooperation with the PCTV, YES FM, KABALIKAT and other resorts here in Boracay are doing the operation of giving relief goods in town of Kalibo on the 18th of July. The team of Boracay Stations Inc., will go there headed by Ms. Beth Sullano, with Paul B. Luzette, Arelle, Richie, Shane, Tina, John Mark and the staff of PCTV Mark, also the KABALIKAT members. We will do the Relief Operations in town of Kalibo…

Giulius Bamboo House Italian Resort is located at Station 2, Boracay Island Malay Aklan, Philippines. It is a very safe resort cause it was very near to the Police Station and Coastguard Station. Its a newly build resort and a 3 minute walk to the long white beach.

The resort has a 27 rooms, it has a 4 categories it is the Deluxe with Veranda, Superior with Veranda, Family Suites and Presidential Suites. They offer a welcome drink to the guest upon arriving in the resort.

Crystal Sand Beach Resort is located at Station 1 Balabag, Boracay Island Malay Aklan, Philippines, it is in the middle of the long white beach the resort was inspired by a Mediterranean style and have a 17 rooms, this is one of the best resort here in the islands.

The rooms of this resort was categories as follows 8 standards rooms, all in the ground floor area with porches facing the beach view, then 8 superior rooms located in the 2^nd floor each room had a terrace facing the beach view and 1 deluxe room it is a big room and had a spacious terrace facing the beach view. All rooms in the Crystal Sand Beach Resort had the following amenities: 24-hours air-condition, cable tv, telephone, they had a single bed but can be improvised into double bed, good for 2 persons, hot and cold shower, the Superior and Suite rooms had a refrigerator.

The resort has complete facilities, there is a bar and a restaurant were you can dine-in, it is very near to D’Mall Shopping Center in the island and very easy for you to do the other activities in the islands while you are here for vacation.

Last May 28, 2008, me and my friends went to Boracay Islands to try the Island Hopping. We rented a boat for the Island Hopping, we pay Php 1500.00 for the rental of the boat for 4 hours. First thing the we do is we list our name to there log book for there reference.

We left at 8:30 am and were excited for our boating trip, we first stop at the middle of the coral reef area and we do the snorkeling. We rented a goggles from them and each goggles cost Php 100.00, we start snorkeling and we are really surprised with what we see down the sea there is a lot of big corals and different small fishes with different colors.

After the coral reef area, we went to the crystal cove there is an entrance fee of Php 150.00 per person. Our group went to the first cave and it was fun cause we took a lot of pictures we swim down the cave and the water is very cold. Then we proceed at the next cave, we passed to a very small and dark whole and we are surprised that at the end of the cave we see the water our group swim as long as we want to we had a lot of picture for our remembrance.

at we had is at the Fairways and Blue water, we swim there and the water is very clean and it was very blue. I really had a great time and I really enjoyed a lot with our Boating Trip. Its really one of my best experience and i really cant forget this Boracay Island Hopping that i experienced.

Boracay is one of the most beautiful island in the world. A lot of people is coming here to have there vacation both local and foreign tourist. They really love the island because of the powdery white sand and the blue calm water. Last June 21, 2008, the island was hit by typhoon Frank, but after the typhoon Boracay is now back to its glory, calm water is again in sight in this beautiful island where i’m bless to stay.

You can do a lot of activities here like island hopping, banana boat, wind surfing, jet ski, and a lot more. Island hopping will cost you Php 1500.00 for the boat rentals for 4 hours, your first stop will be on the coral reefs for the snorkeling, you will gonna pay Php 20.00 for the snorkeling fee and the rentals of the googles is Php 100.00 each. After the snorkeling area the next stop is in the Crystal Cove, the entrance fee is Php 150.00 each person, you will gonna see inside the nice view to took pictures and the bat cave and the cold water cave. The 3rd stop is the Fairways and Blue Water where you can find very blue clean water and a powdery white sand. We really enjoy the Island Hopping that we experience.

Mostly tourist here loves to go bar hopping at night they enjoy listening to the band and dancing the till dawn. And I enjoy watching those tourist dancing and singing in the bars I also mingle with them to have fun. Every friday night there is a lot of local people from Kalibo coming here just to have fun and to enjoy. To see the artist from Manila doing there Live Concert here like the Bamboo, Kamikazee, and a lot more…. Boracay Islands is a nice place to stay with family and friends and it will give you the chance to meet friends both local and foreigner.

I was lucky that i am giving a chance to stay here and meet a lot of friends. So guys lets have our vacation here and experience how beautiful to stay here in Boracay Islands Philippines…
